Healthful Tips Program

The Food Guide Pyramid is a recommended outline of what the average person should eat per day. It isn’t a rigid prescription, rather a general guide that lets you choose a healthful diet with a variety of foods that are enjoyable to eat. This guide is directly available at http://www.mypyramid.gov/

All menus posted in the resident dining commons provide information to assist you in making healthy decisions at each meal. Each item contains a brief description of ingredients, flavor profile, vegan or vegetarian designation, or whether or not the item contains common food allergens.
