Led by Linda Adams, R.D. [ email Linda ] and a group of nutrition students, information is presented through flyers, table tents, and group discussions.
Additionally, the Healthful Tips Program is an online resource prepared by our Registered Dietitian that relates research studies into real life practices. Such tips include how to read the food guide pyramid and the different kinds of minerals the body uses. |
